Create a basic Wordpress template that includes a Widget-ized footer!

I stumbled on this tutorial over at Net Tuts and though it would be very helpful to any of you who might be thinking about getting into Wordpress development. One of the biggest hurdles that I personally had to overcome with creating custom Wordpress and Joomla sites was were to begin.
